THE MAIN BUILDING , the heart of activity and social ties, replaces the lobby in Diffuse Hospitality: a new place of living and communication, it is no longer confined to its former role. It is then up to everyone to decide whether they remain
in his refuge or if he wishes to come to other nomads to share his life experience within the Diffus Hotels, exchange ideas or work on a common subject...

THE ROOMS are different depending on the accommodation chosen (main house, independent villa). Regardless of
the chosen location, the units allow a soft feeling of cocoon and refuge. Like a beehive that the nomadic experience unites within different habitats…

CATERING is carried out autonomously in each unit, offering the guest the freedom to choose their own local food, to be consumed in the -private- kitchen or on the terrace with magnificent views of the vineyard, the
mountain or sea... A bubble of concentration, the unit's ecosystem is designed for working, eating or resting .

THE TRADITIONAL MEETING ROOM no longer exists, and is now combined with the dining room or living room, like a multifunctional lounge, like common areas for Co-living.

TECHNOLOGY is essential in this hotel setting, because it facilitates the overall well-being of guests, while minimizing management costs. The human is no longer there for basic service but to maintain the link and communication for the benefit of guests.

THE LOCAL ENVIRONMENT : Links are established with neighbors, sustainable development stakeholders in the region and local producers, who play a role in the hotel's restoration. This approach is also respectful of the local history of Langhe Roero and its wine-growing hills.

THE EXTERIOR LANDSCAPE : Bringing back biodiversity is one of our dearest wishes: a terrace which accommodates tables, chairs, swimming pool, deckchairs, parasols but also different intertwined gardens. Like the
permaculture, we will be able to offer vegetable gardens, fruit trees and even vines.... A composter will accommodate the hotel's biodegradable waste. Reintroducing plants into our daily lives is a priority, not only to raise customer awareness, but also to decontaminate, care for, nourish and contemplate.
